唱遊課-好人與壞人

有些比我更年少的朋友,偶會把他們的詩拿給我閱讀。我想起自己,當年把詩第一次給別人看,緊張得跟全裸沒有兩樣。
這種揭開靈魂的舉動畢竟充滿了危險性;允許他者不喜歡自己的詩,是不易養成的美德,大家都很怕遇到壞人。
但怎麼可能有人永遠欣賞你的每首作品?怎麼能夠暗自在內心設定此世界喜歡你的詩就是好人不懂如何欣賞的就是壞人?此類執念皆太像是幼童時期對母愛的幻想之殘留了,非得要有人包容才能有安全感,是無法寫作的。
布萊希特曾表示:「好人欣賞你的優美/壞人懼怕你的利爪/我願意聽人/這樣/品評我的詩」──寫作愈久,卻愈知道沒有絕對的好人與壞人。
作總難免遇到被讀者發「好人卡」時(如夏宇也感嘆:「但他實在是一個好人/只不過寫了一些壞詩」);然而,儘管經常毒舌得彷彿壞人,我們其實又如此溫柔善良──只要讀到一首真正的好詩,再壞的詩人我們都可以立刻原諒他們。
